What GTransact does

A GCash transaction manager for store owners

GTransact helps store owners record Cash In and Cash Out transactions, review GCash notifications, check duplicate reference numbers, save proof photos, and maintain daily records in their own Google Drive.

Records transactions Save Cash In and Cash Out details with amount, fee, customer name, GCash number, date, time, and reference number.

Connects reader phones Android reader phones can forward GCash notification details to help the store owner review unclaimed Cash Out transactions.

Uses your Google Drive Transaction sheets, account lists, fee tables, notification records, and proof photos are saved in the store owner's Google Drive.

Why GTransact asks for Google access

GTransact requests Google access so the signed-in store owner can open the dashboard and save store records to their own Google Drive and Google Sheets. GTransact uses this access only for the store records created or selected by the user.

Google account email and basic profile Used to sign in, identify the store account, check subscription access, and show the signed-in account inside the dashboard.

GTransact is a GCash transaction manager designed for stores that handle Cash In and Cash Out services. It automatically records incoming GCash payments, tracks your balance per account, and stores everything privately in your Google Drive.

Connect an Android phone as a "reader" by scanning a QR code from the web app. When that phone receives a GCash payment notification, it automatically forwards the transaction details to your dashboard. No manual entry needed.

Yes. Your transactions, notifications, and photos are stored exclusively in your own Google Drive. GTransact does not have access to your data. Only your subscription status is stored on our servers.

The web app works on any browser (iPhone, Android, PC). However, the auto GCash notification reader requires an Android phone because iPhones don't allow apps to read notifications from other apps.

Share your referral code with someone. When they subscribe for the first time, you earn 3% of their subscription amount as commission. Once your wallet reaches ₱200, you can request a GCash payout.

The main dashboard is a web app — just open it in your browser. For the GCash notification reader feature, you'll need the GTransact Android app on the phone that receives GCash payments.
