1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GTransact, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. What GTransact Does
GTransact is a transaction management tool for stores that accept GCash payments. It helps store owners record Cash In and Cash Out transactions, track service fees, connect reader phones, save proof photos, and organize store records in the Google Drive account connected by the user.
GTransact is not a bank, e-wallet, lender, payment processor, or financial adviser. It does not send or receive money for you. Users remain responsible for checking every transaction, proof photo, reference number, and GCash account detail before saving records.
3. Accounts and Access
You must sign in with a Google account to use GTransact. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate store information, including your business name, business owner name, GCash account name, GCash number, and connected phone details where required.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to paid features may require an active subscription or approved payment. Subscription prices, limits, and included features may vary by plan and may change with notice where required by law or platform policy.
If a subscription, manual payment, or payment verification fails, your access may be limited until the issue is resolved.
5. Google Drive and Google Sheets Records
When you connect Google Drive permissions, GTransact uses them only to create, read, update, and organize GTransact store records selected or created for your account, such as transaction sheets, account lists, fee tables, notification records, and proof photo folders.
You are responsible for keeping your Google Drive account available and for not deleting or renaming files that GTransact needs unless you intend to reconnect or regenerate records.
6. Connected Phones and Reader Phones
You may connect a main phone and reader phones when supported by your plan. You must only connect phones, Google accounts, and GCash accounts that you own or are authorized to use.
A reader phone is intended to receive and forward GCash notification details for the connected store. It must not be used to bypass subscription limits, connect unrelated stores, or access records without permission.
7. Proof Photos and Transaction Accuracy
GTransact may let you capture or upload proof photos, screenshots, and close-up reference number images. You are responsible for making sure uploaded proofs are accurate, readable, and related to the transaction being recorded.
OCR and duplicate checking features are assistance tools only. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Always review transaction details before saving.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use GTransact to:
- create fake, misleading, or fraudulent transaction records;
- access another store's data without permission;
- connect a phone, GCash account, or Google account without authorization;
- attempt to bypass subscription limits or app security controls;
- copy, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
9. Availability and Changes
We work to keep GTransact available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be updated, changed, paused, or removed to improve the app, comply with platform rules, or protect users.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is unpaid, violates these terms, creates security risks, abuses the service, or uses GTransact for unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GTransact is provided as a recordkeeping tool without warranties of perfect accuracy, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost records, payment disputes, missed notifications, user mistakes, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of GTransact after changes means you accept the updated terms.
